Ingredients:


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • • 1/2 cup water (approximately)

  • 250 Ograms ground chicken or

  • vegetables of your choice

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for greasing




Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough is formed. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.

2. In another bowl, mix ground chicken or vegetables with ginger- garlic paste, finely chopped onion, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt.

3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.

4. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.

5. Pinch the edges of the circle together to seal the momo into a crescent shape.

6. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.

7. Grease a steamer basket or plate with oil.

8. Place the momos in the steamer basket, leaving some space between them to prevent sticking.

9. Steam the momos for 10-12 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the filling is heated through.
