1. Veggie Wraps:


  • Ingredients:

  • Large tortillas or wraps

  • Hummus

  • • Sliced cucumbers

  • Sliced carrots

  • Sliced avocado

  • • Sliced bell peppers

  • Sprouts

  • Instructions:

  • Spread a layer of hummus on each tortilla or wrap

  • Layer the vegetables and sprouts

  • on top of the hummus

  • Roll up the wrap tightly

  • Cut the wrap into slices and server

Assorted fruits, such as strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, grapes, and melon

Instructions:







Wash and cut the fruits into bite-

sized pieces

Thread the fruit onto the skewers in any pattern you like

Serve the skewers as is or with a side of yogurt or honey for dipping.





No-bake Energy Bites:

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup flax seeds

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined

  • Roll the mixture into balls about the size of a ping pong ball

  • Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour

  • Once chilled, the energy bites are ready to serve.

  • Fresh mozzarella balls

  • Fresh basil leaves Balsamic glaze

  • Instructions:

  • Thread a cherry tomato, a fresh mozzarella ball, and a fresh basil leaf onto each skewer

  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers and serve.
