1. Veggie Wraps:
- Ingredients:
- Large tortillas or wraps
- Hummus
- • Sliced cucumbers
- Sliced carrots
- Sliced avocado
- • Sliced bell peppers
- Sprouts
- Instructions:
- Spread a layer of hummus on each tortilla or wrap
- Layer the vegetables and sprouts
- on top of the hummus
- Roll up the wrap tightly
- Cut the wrap into slices and server

Assorted fruits, such as strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, grapes, and melon
Instructions:
Wash and cut the fruits into bite-
sized pieces
Thread the fruit onto the skewers in any pattern you like
Serve the skewers as is or with a side of yogurt or honey for dipping.

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined
- Roll the mixture into balls about the size of a ping pong ball
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Once chilled, the energy bites are ready to serve.

- Instructions:
- Thread a cherry tomato, a fresh mozzarella ball, and a fresh basil leaf onto each skewer
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers and serve.
